HR Systems Implementation Manager
A job posting has been published for the position of HR Systems Implementation Manager. Assisting the Senior Management team with the management of QR HR Systems processes and proposing policies. .Net Technology platforms and its supporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality will also be upgraded through collaboration with IT department.
|Assisting employees in resolving functional issues associated with the QR HR System in Doha and outstations||Planning and implementing HR System implementations and development projects in accordance with end-user requirements, testing and implementing them in a sound manner.|
|Lead the HR process design for an effective HR system solution through coordination with user groups from multiple companies||Contribute to the enhancement and development of Group HR and Payroll systems|
|In Doha and outstations, providing system training and support to new system users||Establishing guidelines and protocols for the appropriate use of system modules|
|Establishing a knowledge base of existing processes for updating/maintaining HR data||Analyzing HR system data by extracting and preparing analytics|
Multiple HR systems (product / internal) can be managed with access levels and restrictions
|Providing functional specifications and expertise|
|Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university||Experience in the relevant field of at least seven years|
|The ability to speak and write English fluently||Experience implementing a human resources management system in an airline|
|Demonstrated ability to lead major changes without supervision||Demonstrate a solid understanding of Oracle Payroll and HRMS in order to carry out all IT activities related to HR functions|
|Ability to review and comprehend business cycles and their impact on the organization||Strong analytical skills. Analyzing and interpreting data is a must-have skill|
|A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as Oracle is desirable||Capability of delegating work, setting clear directions, and managing workflow|
|Extensive coaching and mentoring experience||Training and development of subordinates, as well as fostering teamwork among team members|
